Basic QuickBooks Data Management

TAS will take your receipts and daily records and enter them into the accounting software to crate a current monthly view of your business income and expenses.

• You will have up to twenty hours of administrative support for A/P and A/R entry
• We will reconcile up to three account statements
• We supply you with monthly and end of year reports as well as your Form 1099 distribution and filing

Basic QuickBooks Payroll

Basic payroll includes payroll tax calculation and payment schedules for both State and Federal tax, quarterly and annual reporting tax form creation.

• Up to twenty hours of adminstrative support
• Tax calculations per pay period
• End of quarter and end of year payroll tax reports

Desktop Publishing

TAS will help you create and prepare company specific documents, including your policy manual, safety meetings, hiring packages, company memos, and any other typed documents you may need.

We will also review your current company policy and recommend any additions, or changes to keep you up to date with current requirements.
